On Monday, La Poste, France's postal service, experienced a massive network outage, rendering all its online services, including its digital banking, unavailable. This affected millions of customers across France.

La Poste stated that the affected services were primarily those accessed via its website and smartphone app, including digital identity verification and digital documents. Customers could still conduct transactions at service counters. The website has since returned to normal operation.
