Google sues SerpApi, company that develops content-absorbing bots Through results in Google Search
Google has issued a statement suing SerpApi, a company that developed a scraping tool through Google's search system. Google said that SerpApi had infringed the copyright of content from various websites by sucking data from Google search results. Therefore filed a lawsuit asking the court to order a suspension of the use of bots and other related tools.

Google says it has a standard process for managing the pulling of content from websites. Websites can control the use of content by bots, but SerpApi's case violates all of these terms, such as constantly changing bot names to shooting a huge number of bots all at once.

SerpApi is said to pull data from various sources and sell it to customers. All of this is the reason that Google is suing this company.
