According to sources who participated in internal testing, Apple’s upcoming foldable device expected to launch alongside the iPhone 18 Pro lineup under the tentative name "iPhone Ultra" features a highly compact form factor. Biometric Shift: Apple is replacing Face ID with a slimmed-down Touch ID sensor to maintain an ultra-thin chassis profile.
Premium Pricing: The flagship foldable is expected to carry a premium starting price between $2,000 and $2,500.

The store layout changes coincide with upcoming refreshes to the Apple TV and HomePod mini, while laying the groundwork for an upcoming smart home command center a HomePod variant equipped with an integrated iPad-like display.
