CrowdStrike Achieves Record $1.47B Q2 Revenue as Enterprise AI Security Demand Soars.
Cybersecurity leader CrowdStrike has reported record-breaking financial results for its fiscal second quarter ending July 2026, posting net revenue of $1.47 billion. This marks a 26% year-over-year increase compared to the same period last year, driven predominantly by subscription revenue, which surged to $1.40 billion.
The company’s Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) expanded 25% year-over-year to hit $5.84 billion, while GAAP net income reached $5.31 billion, highlighting robust enterprise profitability and operating leverage across its cloud-native security platform.
George Kurtz, Chief Executive Officer of CrowdStrike, characterized the performance as the strongest quarter in the company's history. He attributed the accelerating growth to the widespread industry realization catalyzed by advancements like AI Mythos that modern cybersecurity operations require integrated artificial intelligence to manage complex threat landscapes. Kurtz emphasized that this paradigm shift is generating unprecedented market opportunities for the company.
A primary growth engine for the quarter was Falcon Flex, CrowdStrike's flexible platform licensing model that allows enterprises to dynamically deploy and manage security modules. Key adoption metrics include:
Customer Expansion: Falcon Flex added 935 new enterprise accounts during the quarter, more than doubling its customer adoption rate.
Enterprise Penetration: The platform expansion was directly responsible for driving the company's Top 10 largest deals of the quarter, as major enterprises consolidated their legacy security stacks onto the unified Falcon platform.
