Lenovo Breaks Records with $22.2 Billion Quarter as AI Portfolio Hits 72% Growth.
Lenovo Hits Record $22.2 Billion Revenue as AI Demand Drives Double-Digit Growth

Lenovo Group has announced its financial results for the quarter ending December 2025, reporting a record-breaking total revenue of $22,204 million, an 18% increase year-over-year. The company’s net income (non-HKFRS) surged by 36% to $589 million, reflecting strong profitability across its diversified portfolio.

The AI Catalyst

AI has emerged as the primary engine of growth, driving double-digit increases in every business segment. Remarkably, AI-related products and services saw a 72% growth, now accounting for 32% nearly one-third of Lenovo’s total revenue.

Segment Performance Highlights

  • Intelligent Devices Group (IDG): Revenue grew 14% to $15,755 million. Lenovo maintained its global PC leadership with a 24.9% market share, marking the 10th consecutive quarter of shipment growth. Meanwhile, Motorola smartphones achieved record-breaking shipment volumes.

  • Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG): Revenue hit a new milestone of $5,176 million, up 31%. The momentum is backed by a massive AI server backlog which has ballooned to $15.5 billion.

  • Solutions and Services Group (SSG): Revenue increased 18% to $2,652 million, fueled by surging demand for AI-integrated solutions across various industries.

IDG Group's success stems not only from sales volume but also from higher average price per sale (ASP) as users increasingly adopt AI PCs with integrated NPUs, a technology Lenovo is leading in pushing this new architecture into the enterprise market.

A backlog of $15.5 billion in AI server orders demonstrates the high demand for data center processors, and Lenovo is becoming a top choice over competitors like Dell and HPE.

Motorola is reclaiming its dominance, particularly in North and Latin American markets, with its strategy of incorporating AI features (such as Moto AI) into its Razr foldable phones, enhancing its premium image.

Lenovo is highlighting "Hybrid AI," combining on-device and cloud AI processing, a key driver of its SSG (Supplemental Supply Group) growth as organizations demand private AI solutions.
