Samsung launches SSD size 2.5 inches PM1643 version for enterprise, with capacity for 30.72TB from flash memory NAND 1TB all 32 sheet. Each of the sheet using a chip V-NAND 16 layer 512Gb the SSD controller used DRAM 40GB is TSV DRAM size 4GB all 10.

In terms of performance, speed reading, writing in 2100Mb/s and 1700Mb/s, respectively, while reading and writing in random 400,000 IOPS and 50,000 IOPS use interface Serial Attached SCSI.

Samsung did not disclose a price. Specify whether to launch SSD on the same technology capacity 16.36TB, 7.68TB, 3.84TB, 1.92TB, 960GB and 800GB followed.
