Windows users suing after forced Windows 10 update.

Frank K. Dickman from Albuquerque New Mexico has filed a lawsuit against Microsoft after its ASUS 54L laptop, which came with Windows 7 OEM, was forced to update to Windows 10 and was not available. And the process of updating lost the files and back up of Windows 7.

Dickman stated that he called on Microsoft to send a download link to download the OEM version of Windows 7 installed on his laptop. Of course, Microsoft refused, so Dickman sued Microsoft. He urged the judge to order Microsoft to comply with the suit within 30 days or else pay $ 600 million in damages.

Previously, Microsoft had been sued in a similar manner. After updating Windows 10, the user can not use it. The heaviest cases occurred with government agencies in Germany. Until then, Microsoft had to shut down the enforcement of updates in that particular agency.
