The user iPhone X problems screen did not respond in cold weather.

Some users have reported problems iPhone X applications. It was found that when the weather is cold. The touch screen is not responding. It is impossible to operate normally. For example, a user in Finland. That screen is not responding. But over time, for 3-5 minutes, then returned to work normally.

Many people are not sure it is referred to as a problem? Apple's support document, because it identifies the proper usage for that.

Use iOS devices where the ambient temperature is between 0º and 35º C (32º to 95º F). Low- or high-temperature conditions might cause the device to change its behavior to regulate its temperature. Using an iOS device in very cold conditions outside of its operating range might temporarily shorten battery life and could cause the device to turn off. Battery life will return to normal when you bring the device back to higher ambient temperatures.

However, Apple representatives explained that this iPhone X may be temporarily unresponsive when the weather is cold. But for a few seconds, it will work normally. The problem will be fixed in a software update that will come out next.
