Google launches Datally app to control and restrict the use of the Internet.


Google launches Datally app, an app that allows users to control and restrict Internet usage of the apps running in the background without the user will still be able to choose whether to allow the app to add , can use the Internet in the background.

The app provides a dashboard display of all active data over a period of time. The app is built using data to it. It also has a feature that helps locate nearby Wi-Fi access along with Google Maps to navigate to the location of Wi-Fi as well.



Google has confirmed that Datally does not collect usage information of a user, or sent back to the company. Even if the app request VPN licenses from the operating system, however, because some of the apps require VPN's rights in local usage, However, the app supports Android 5.0 Lollipop to download for free from the Play Store.
