Engineered in a limited-run collaboration with boutique mechanical keyboard manufacturer Work Louder (noted for their Figma-centric creative peripherals), the Codex Micro acts as a tactile control dashboard for OpenAI's Codex platform. The era of voice and text-based coding, or what the industry is now calling "Vibe Coding," is upon us. Developers are shifting from typing code line by line to acting as "supervisors" for multiple AI agents running concurrently. Interestingly, the constant switching between screens to accept or reject code lines in an IDE becomes a context-switching friction problem, disrupting thought processes.
