Market research firm Canalys reported that India now has a market smartphone, the world's second largest, Instead the United States of America, then (China is number 1) by sales of smart phones during the past 40 million units, growth of 23% from the previous year.

Market share of the top brands in India, led by Samsung and it Xiaomi by two brands together, more than 50% share, followed by Vivo, Oppo and Lenovo.
